Leonard P. James, M.D., PhD.

Leonard P. James, M.D., PhD. received his Bachelor of

Science degree from Cornell University and his Ph.D. in

Molecular and Cellular Biology from the University of

Washington/Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center.

He received his M.D. degree from the University of

Washington School of Medicine and completed his

residency in Internal Medicine at the University of

Chicago Hospitals. Dr. James has just completed his

Fellowship in Medical Oncology/Hematology at Memorial Sloan – Kettering Cancer Center and is

Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Board Eligible in Hematology and Medical Oncology.

 

Dr. James has authored articles published in a variety of medical journals, received several

awards, including the 2007 Amgen Hematology/Oncology Fellowship Award and recently

presented at the National Meeting of The American Society of Clinical Oncology.  He is

conversant in Spanish.
